A bit about Jessica

Hello, my loves! My name is Jessica Jade and I empower women to practice self-care that aligns with their feminine health! I am a Holistic Health Coach, the Wellness Writer of JessicaJade.co, and Artisan of the organic skin-care line SunKiss Organics. As a holistic health coach, I provide women with the tools and support they need to eat real food, live active lives, have beautiful glowing skin, and experience healthy relationships.

My wellness site also inspires women to focus on self-care by offering them complimentary natural beauty recipes, healthy habits tips, and tricks for eating real food. Lastly, by following in the footsteps of generations of women in my family, I craft an organic skin care line that is nourishing and healing for all. As a holistic health coach, wellness writer, and skin-care artisan, my soul-purpose is to empower women of color to joyously heal their health.


Her Self-care Rituals



Every morning I wake up to a hot cup of my turmeric tonic and 10-20 minutes of meditation. I find that the combination of both truly eases me into the day. Waking up slowly and intentionally sets a peaceful, productive tone for the rest of my day. Once I’m ready to get out of bed I take a cold shower and lather my body and face in SunKiss Organics Floral balm and Carrot seed Serum. Last but not least, my day would not be complete without drinking a hot matcha latte for a boost of energy, and a delicious, protein-rich green smoothie.


Exercise is becoming one of my best self-care practices. I make it a point to exercise for at least 30-minutes 3-4 times a week. Whether it’s practicing yoga in the AM, getting a quick H.I.I.T. workout, weight lifting or kickboxing, getting a good workout in is one of the best ways to care for your body and practice self-care. My weekly self-care rituals also consist of my favorite day- Mask Monday! I craft the most amazing D.I.Y. facial masks and scrubs for my blog, and enjoy every second of it! There is nothing as rejuvenating as glowing skin.


My monthly self-care practices are a bit more lavish, but are 100% worth it! I treat myself to a monthly massage by a licensed massage therapist. I can’t tell you how much I look forward to my massages. Not only is it a time for me to truly relax but massages are amazing for your body. I believe that when you work hard, you should reap the benefits. I also treat myself to monthly wellness events where I get to congregate and swoon over other women in the wellness field. Whether it’s a book release, sister circle or fancy conference- I make time to learn, grow and sustain my sisters in wellness.


My annual self-care rituals are usually around the New Year and involve looking back at the amazing opportunities I was fortunate enough to experience that year. Throughout the year I keep a running list of all of my accomplishments- professional, personal, etc. Whether it’s a trip to Jamaica to celebrate the holidays, being featured on one of my favorite podcasts or spending quality time with my family and friends- I celebrate it! There’s nothing like being thankful for what you already have!

I'm a teacher, beauty/wellness founder, and Qigong Instructor. My work exists to support women and people experiencing the menopausal transition on their health and wellness journey. I believe in the sacredness, wholeness, and expansiveness of well-being and the menopausal passage, and I care deeply about teaching and creating experiences and safe spaces that provide support.
