In this episode of The Pause Pod, I explore “The Power of Daily Practices,” focusing on the importance of personal rituals for people experiencing menopause or midlife (aka growing older) transitions. 

I share some of my own practices, such as mirror work, daily prayers, moisturizing, and “sunset surrender,” which involves reflecting on and releasing the day’s efforts.
