Menopause can be  tumultuous on a woman’s body. It’s a time of major hormonal shifts, with physical changes in tow. And if you’re not ready, it can be excruciating. So, let’s talk about the skin you’re in and how to keep it healthy and radiant during menopause.

With the perimenopause and post-menopause phases, women can experience many changes when it comes to skin health. As estrogen levels fluctuate and eventually decrease, the skin may become dryer, thinner, and thus, more susceptible to signs of aging such as wrinkles and sagging. And please, don’t get in your head about the signs.

Take a breath and think of this transformative time as an opportunity to revamp your skincare routine, ensuring your skin remains glowing and vibrant. Here are some ways to support your beautiful skin.

Understand Your Skin’s Needs

The key to radiant skin during menopause is understanding its evolving needs. Decreased estrogen levels can lead to dryness, loss of elasticity, and a reduction in collagen production, making it essential to focus on hydration and nutrition.
