Honoring Black Beauty Pioneers

Michelle Obama says it best, ” Don’t ever underestimate the importance you can have because history has shown us that courage can be contagious and hope can take on a life of it’s own.”

These pioneers of Black Beauty never underestimated the importance of there vision and contributions. They courageously carved out spaces for theunderserved and neglected beauty, brilliance and spending power of Black Women. This Black History Month, we salute their brilliance, beauty, courage, contribution and legacy.

Annie Malone, Madame C. J. Walker, Lisa Price, Iman, Pat McGrath, Rhianna. Each of these women have paved the way for other Black women who dare to dream and are courageous enough to do.

I'm a teacher, beauty/wellness founder, and Qigong Instructor. My work exists to support women and people experiencing the menopausal transition on their health and wellness journey. I believe in the sacredness, wholeness, and expansiveness of well-being and the menopausal passage, and I care deeply about teaching and creating experiences and safe spaces that provide support.
