Daily
My daily living regimen has slightly changed over the last few years. I still maintain to rise early but depending on my call time to be on set, which is usually a 3 AM. However, when I don’t have to be on set early in the morning my body awakens me at 6 AM. The first thing I do when I open my eyes is to give God praise for blessing me with another day. I’m so grateful for his presence in my life so each new morning reminds me to always give him the glory.
Before I can speak with anyone I head over to my sanctuary which is in the corner of my bedroom surrounded by floor to ceiling windows. As a Reiki and Intuitive Healer Practitioner, I sit and meditate as well as give myself a Reiki Treatment in the morning and evening daily for 20-30 min. In the morning I’m greeted by the early rising of the sun which kisses my face with the sweetest sunshine. And in the evening I’m always comforted by grandmother moon whose light shines very bright unto my sanctuary. After meditating in the morning, I immediately make my bed. It’s a habit, I can never leave my bed unmade.
I then head to my bathroom to brush my teeth with my Jason Toothpaste which is a natural toothpaste, and shower while listening to Deva Premal recite all the positive mantras. Starting my day filled with light and love towards myself allows me to spread love and kindness daily to those who may need it.
My daily morning meals may vary from day-to-day. I enjoy my green smoothie or I may opt to just have avocado toast with tea. After that, I am ready to head to my studio and give the day my best!
Weekly
Every week I give my home a physical deep cleaning and then I do a home clearing with my crystals, Sage, Palo Santo sticks or sometimes I might smudge with Sweet Grass. I’m in love with the aroma of smudging the sweet grass. I feel it’s best to do a home clearing either once a month or once every week to keep the energy flow in your living environment balance. A balanced home gives you a balanced life.
Monthly
I’m a woman that literally wears many hats and I’m also a mom who has been homeschooling her kids for close to 3 years. From working on set to working in my studio to designing hats and taking care of my wellness clients, my energy is spread out daily. I’m a straight vegetarian and I eat foods with tons of protein, vegetables, and fruit. I also get IV therapy once a month to make sure I’m receiving all of my vitamins and to keep my body hydrated. It’s a treatment I’ve been doing for close to 10 years.
Annually
As far as yearly, I’m working on that. I do various things from retreats to something fun with the kids. But since I’ve entered my 40’s, this year I’m crossing off things on my bucket list to do on my birthday every year. Looking forward to many adventures to come in the future.
