4 Ways To Reduce Stress Release Shame & Improve Your Menopause Experience

Apple Podcast | Spotify | Audible

Menopause is a dynamic transitional phase, with everyone having their own unique experience. It may be a breeze for some and a challenge for others. Wherever you fall on the spectrum, I know this much is true; support is necessary to optimize well-being.

The sad thing is, seeking support can be daunting. The old lies about our body and its existence as we age has led to stigmas, taboos, and consequent shame that shackle many people experiencing menopause.

That said, there are steps we can take to free ourselves of those shackles of shame that bind us from being our whole and best selves as we glide into our golden years.

In this episode, I’m sharing four ways to reduce stress, remove shame and stigma, and improve the menopause experience by leaps and bounds.

Lean in, listen, and let me know your thoughts. I appreciate other people’s points of view.

Let’s (peri)MenoPAUSE and prosper!
